David and Tiffany Whytt supply delicious citrus for the Ooooby boxes. David started his first garden when he was six and Tiffany grew up in her mum’s florist shop. Earlier this year, they purchased about an acre of organic citrus orchard and have a multitude of different trees such as navel oranges, tangelos, Valencia oranges and grapefruit trees, along with figs and a couple of avocados.
David and Tiffany hope to use their land to build upon the already great organic foundation. They want to develop it into a permaculture orchard, which over time will become a self-sustaining food forest providing their family with fresh fruit every day of the year.
