I’ve uploaded my card what happens next?

You will only need to enter your card details once. The system stores an encrypted code so that you don't need to re-enter your card details for each new payment. You will receive and automated email after your delivery has been dispatched letting you know what is due for payment and that we will be deducting this amount automatically from your card account the following day. You don't need to do anything for the payment to go ahead. If you don't believe that the payment should go ahead, then you can reply to the automated email to request a stop to the deduction.

Why am I receiving a Windcave decline notice?

Windcave is a principal partner of Visa and Mastercard. This means that their security measures are higher than standard online payment systems. They use the latest version of 3DSecure which is an extra layer of fraud protection. In some cases, this may mean that your card could be declined even though it's in date and has funds. If this happens, please contact your bank to let them know that you would like the transaction to go through.

Is the payment system secure?

Yes. Windcave is a principal partner of Visa and Mastercard. This means that their security measures are higher than standard online payment systems. They use the latest version of 3DSecure which is an extra layer of fraud protection.

I’ve paid by BACS when will that be added to my account?

If you've paid by BACS then your payment will be added to your account once the payment shows up on our bank statement at which point we will credit your account accordingly. This may take a couple of days. It is much simpler, faster and less administration to pay by card, so please add your card details to the accounts section of your customer dashboard so that you no longer need to pay by BACS.

How do I change my password?

Simply go to the My Account tab to the right of your customer dashboard. Once in that section, you will see a field for "New password" and another one for "Confirm password". Put your new password into both of those fields and then press save.
