Fresh ginger - grate into hot lemon and honey or make a turmeric and ginger latte for cold busting drinks. Add to stir fry's, curries, soups and stews or in your raw fermentations. Scrub clean and use the skins as well, just cutting off any dry ends first. Delicious!
