I helped establish and set up the farm shop, and have a small pop-up café situated in there. I’m usually found in the farm shop on Saturday mornings since we opened in late 2020. I now rent a unit off the main farmyard and in the Autumn of 2021, relocated and rebranded my own catering business (previously Willow Eatery based in Oswestry, now Blossom & Bee Kitchen) where I make delicious organic sweet & savoury treats and dishes.
