Originally started as a market stall ,we have run the business from our current location on Sharrow Vale Rd since Jan 2015. All the family have put in the shifts, but they a'll still talk to me so it mustn't have been too traumatic. Outside of work time I enjoy researching about all aspects of the History of Food , Agroecology and edible wild plants. I enjoy Cooking for friends and family .Ceramics , Photography and Illustration .
