For the last two years my wife Michelle and I have been making pickles, relishes and chutneys at our commercial Kitchen at Woodend Beach. We try to use as much local produce as we can and have some great local Canterbury suppliers. Our products contain no added preservatives, colours or additives. We like to let nature do the colouring and flavouring.
We have two ranges of pickles, the old fashioned “like nana used to make” and our new specialty range where there’s no added salt, and reduced or no added sugars.
Going forward we want to expand our sugar and salt free range, so watch this space!
