Coconut Sugar is made from the nectar taken from beautiful coconut blossoms high up in the treetops that has been boiled down until it crystalizes into a sugar.
ROAR Coconut Sugar has a lovely caramel flavour and is completely unrefined made using no solvents or chemicals to extract the sugar.
It pairs particularly well with coffee if you need sweetness in your morning brew. It can also be substituted 1:1 with cane sugar in brekkies, baking, desserts and pretty much anything that needs some sugar baby.
