
A mix of regeneratively grown 5 colour Rainbow Chard freshly grown and picked to order from Fanfield Farm. These bunches of beautiful vibrant colours bring a booming fresh flavour, and a stunning array of colour to any meal.
We have often had Rainbow Chard with breakfasts, lunches and dinner. A particular favourite at the moment is to chop up the stalks and leaves... melt some butter and garlic in a pan, and fry the stalks for a few minutes... then add the leaves, pop a lid on top and wilt for a further few minutes. Then to serve with a good pinch of salt alongside boiled eggs and toast. Yum!
Bunches are provided at approximately 250g. Wash before use.
