I'm the head grower at Good Small Farms. I work hard to produce delicious food whilst also respecting the habitat that I’m growing in. I always strive to add to the natural environment by creating diversity and opportunity for wildlife to thrive. This means producing a variety of different crops and adding to the soil with compost and green manures. My passion for vegetables started when I was sixteen, living in Ireland and I started working on a friends market garden at the weekends. I went on to get a degree in horticulture from the Scottish Rural University College in Edinburgh. I trained in vegetable production at Abbey Home Farm in Cirencester where I completed a two and a half year apprenticeship. I also ran a Starter Farm with my friend Nell. Together we set up Rosie and Nell's Veg. You'll see me with your bags at our pick up sites.
