Freshly baked locally by Tamas, using Shipton Mill flour and simple, natural ingredients. Focaccia is a flat leavened oven-baked Italian bread, similar in style and texture to pizza. It can be served as a side dish or as sandwich bread.

Good quality, reasonable variety and local where possible. It's nice knowing a week in advance what's going to be in the box, so that meals can be planned and to avoid waste. No problems with substitutions.
