How ordering and delivery works

You choose your food box

Browse our various fruit and vegetable boxes and find what's right for you. Once you're signed up you'll be able to manage and adjust the contents of your box to suit your needs.

Add extras and customise

You can easily add other products such as bread or eggs, either once or with every delivery.

You can let us know if there's anything you don't want and we'll replace it with something else.

3.

We carefully pack it

We receive fresh produce from local suppliers and carefully pack and deliver your box bursting with seasonal flavours.

A few days before delivery we send a sneak-peek email so you know what's coming up.

4.

Delivered to your door

Your local food box is delivered the same day every week to help you plan your meals. Delivery is free to your neighbourhood for all orders.

Going away for a little while? We give you the flexibility to pause or stop your deliveries at your convenience. Even after a single box, if you're just trying it out.

How payment works

Box subscriptions are paid for in advance for either one or four deliveries, depending on what suits you.

Flexible credit

If you change your order after payment, that's fine — it just means you'll have a small debt or credit on your account.

We'll be in touch

Once you are out of credit we charge you for the next cycle. We always email before we charge.

You can change your order details and payment method easily and at any time via your personal dashboard
