Tips for making cauliflower rice

Ingredients

1 whole cauliflower
Salt to taste

Directions

Wash the cauliflower and remove outer leaves and hard centre core. Divide into florets/ smaller pieces If you have a food processor or blender, blitz batches of cauliflower for 30 seconds or so until pieces look like couscous or small grain rice. You could also use a coarse grater Add salt to taste Raw cauliflower rice keeps in the fridge for 3 days, and in ziplock bags in the freezer for 2 months To cook, it can be microwaved, stir fried or roasted.

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
