Collard Green smoothie

2-3 leaves Collard Greens
1 banana
1 kiwi
1 mandarin
juice of 1 lemon
2-3 brazil nuts
1 tablespoon of black Chia seeds
1 tablespoon avocado oil/hemp oil


Wash the Collard greens. Peel the fruit and cut it in big pieces. Add the Collard greens, fruit, brazil nuts, chia seeds and oil in the Ninja cup. Add water till max. fill. Put the cup with mixer blades on the Ninja machine and mix for 1 min. A delicious smoothie to start the day! Vary with the fruit to taste.

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
