Kiwifruit Sorbet

6 peeled kiwifruit
½ cup castor sugar
2 T cold water


Cut the kiwifruit in half, remove the core, roughly chop and put into the freezer for two hours or until frozen. Once the kiwifruit is frozen, transfer to a blender with the sugar and blend for a few minutes or until it has a granular texture. Gradually add the water until the mixture comes together in a nice creamy pale green sorbet. Scoop into a bowl and place in the freezer until ready to serve.

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
