Mashed Cauliflower

1 Head of Cauliflower
4 cups Water
Garlic cloves to taste
Salt/ pepper
Seasoning of your choice


Chop cauliflower so that it will fit in the cooking pot. Bring water to a boil and add cauliflower. Cook until fork tender. Drain the water. Mash cauliflower with fork or other device. Add seasonings. Perfect as a snack or side dish! Enjoy!
