Pumpkin roast with sesame seeds and orange

1 pumpkin (approx. 600g)
1 orange (washed and roughly cut)
2 tbls sesame seeds
rasp and juice of 1 orange
4 tbls olive oil
Optional: chili flakes


Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Wash the pumpkin and cut the pumpkin in half. Remove the seeds. Cut the pumpkin in equal chunks and put them on a baking tray. Mix the pieces of oranges with the pumpkin. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, orange rasp and salt and pepper to taste. Optional: add chili flakes. Sprinkle orange juice and olive oil on top. Roast the pumpkin approx. 45 min. While roasting turn over a couple of times.
