Sautéed Aztec Broccoli

200g Aztec Broccoli
1 clove garlic ( crushed)
Olive for cooking


Wash thoroughly then remove the outer leaves and put to 1 side. Steam the stems until tender then drain and allow to dry for a minute.

In a heavy pan heat the olive oil and add the crushed garlic. Fry for a minute then add the Aztec broccoli stems. Fry for another minute then add the leaves , turn the heat down and cover with a lid cooked until the leaves are tender. Season and serve.

The service provided is second to none and the best thing is that I have discovered how to cook delicious, sustainable vegetables I have never eaten before. I absolutely love the surprise each week when I discover what is in the box.
