Toffee Apple

6 apples
400g sugar
125ml water

Extra: skewers


Add 125 ml water and 400g sugar in a pot and boil till the sugar is caramelized. Don't stir but carefully move the pot a little to divide the sugar. Act fast now: put skewers in the apples and dip them in the caramel one for one. Put the apples dipped in caramel aside on a piece of baking paper. Decorate the apples with some finely chopped almond nuts or sesame seeds to taste.

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
