Warm Spinach Salad

300g spinach roughly chopped
1 medium sized red onion
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/4 cup olive oil
1 crushed garlic clove
1 cup balsamic
1 Tbsp molasses


Heat olive oil gently with garlic. Whisk in balsamic and Molasses. Toss all together and serve immediately. Delicious with crusty bread.
