Winter Roasted Veggies


3 beets, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium butternut squash, sliced
8 brussels sprout, sliced in half
1 portobello mushroom, cubed


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Place all your veggies on medium/ large cookie sheet. Add olive oil or coconut oil to tray. Add salt/pepper or throw on some herbs for extra flavor!
