Beth Ramsay

Beth joined Shillingford in March 2021 after moving from Glasgow where she was working as one of the head growers of Left Field Market Garden at Locavore CIC, for 3 years. She studied at Ridgedale farm in Sweden in 2016 focusing on farm scale permaculture & regenerative agriculture and has worked in various different aspects of food production - from planting urban orchards, to wheat cultivation, milling and baking, bee-keeping, butchery, and cheese-making.

Fresh!!! You really taste the difference. Organic veg and a chance to also get local sourdough bread, honey, apples, cider vinegar, etc. Flexible ordering and very responsive farm team. The veg box is a highlight of the week!
