Traditional English fruit cake, enriched with nibbed almonds and brandy, topped with a generous layer of home-made marzipan and hand decorated. Measuring a modest 10cm (4") in diameter it makes a perfect gift or treat for two. Bursting with dried vine fruit, we've also included cranberries and mixed peel for that special Christmas flavour.
