Brendon uses his 25 years’ experience as a chef and his passion for botanicals to create an oak barrel fermented Kombucha infused with the highest quality ingredients.
Brendon Vallejo began brewing his premium organic Black Radish Kombucha in the midst of Ooooby operations, in 2015. He works directly with progressive communities in Sri Lanka where the certified organic and fair trade teas are grown.
Black Radish is the result of natural fermentation in oak, made in an off-dry and lightly carbonated style approaching something between apple cider and ice tea - with wood.
Highest quality ingredients are used such as wild-crafted strawberry gum (eucalyptus olida), organic steam distilled bergamot oil, certified organic Tasmanian Royal Gala Apple juice, fresh organic root vegetable juice, saltbush and Bundaberg spray-free ginger.
