
Having founded Paddy the Baker and run it for the last nine years, Gerard decided it was time to create a new product. Gerard always loved good pizza, and has had a wood fired pizza oven in his garden for a few years now. So the idea was born. He started looking at what was available in the market and was surprised to see no natural pizza bases available, they all had preservatives and additives.
So Matty’s Healthy Pizza Bases (named after his son) was created with the aim of making great par-baked pizza bases.
Matty's hand make their pizza bases with care and with one aim, to be the best tasting, healthiest pizza bases in Sydney. To top it up they do gluten free bases which are absolutely delicious, made with organic almond meal, organic besan flour and lots of other natural ingredients.
