Organically grown, hand picked and shared with the birds! Figs are graded and cut in half, then immediately dried in a dehydrator at a low temperature (less than 45°C) to preserve their full natural colour, aroma, flavour, vitamins and natural enzymes. Compare them with imported dried figs which have been cooked, dried and re-hydrated, and often packed with preservatives. This is a raw food packed with no preservatives.
Serving suggestion: Snack food, finely chopped in salads, mixed into muesli, etc
