These Smokey Rashers are great on a hot sandwich or BLT style roll, add to your favourite pasta dish, pies or just cook up for breakfast. Can be used as bacon replacement in any recipe.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook in a pan with a drop of oil until brown on both sides. The longer you cook it the crispier the rasher gets.
