Large Veg Share
This is a large veg share containing organic, seasonal veg grown here on our Fold Community Farm. The quantities of the large veg share aim to feed 3-4 people for a week. In the summer, the large veg share may contain between 9 to 12 varieties of veg. In the winter, this share will contain at least 5 varieties of veg, with the possibility of us supplementing more produce by buying in from other local, organic farms. All veg is harvested and processed by hand by our wonderful farm team consisting of a head grower, trainee growers, resident and casual volunteers. No synthetic pesticides, fungicides or herbicides are used in growing this produce, with us instead relying on hand weeding and integrated pest management methods, such as companion planting. Your veg share will include a card with information about the produce, recipes to make the most of it and updates directly from the farm!
