The Paddock Delivery FAQs

ORDER BY 6PM FRIDAY FOR DELIVERY THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY (DEPENDING UPON YOUR AREA). £12.50 MINIMUM SPEND ON FRUIT/VEG REQUIRED FOR LOCAL DELIVERY. LOCAL DELIVERY NOT AVAILABLE ON ADD ON PRODUCTS ALONE.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INITIAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL & THE DELIVERY DAY WILL APPEAR ON YOUR DASHBOARD FOLLOWING SIGN UP. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE SET DELIVERY TIMES DUE TO THE VARIATION OF OUR ROUTES ON A WEEKLY BASIS. YOUR BOX WILL BE LEFT IN YOUR ALLOCATED SAFE PLACE IF YOU ARE NOT HOME. SHOULD YOU REQUIRE A DELIVERY TIME, PLEASE CALL US ON 07462909238 ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY & WE WILL BE ABLE TO ADVISE ON A 2/3 HOUR TIME FRAME FOR YOUR DELIVERY.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO ORDERS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6PM ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE DELIVERY. LATE CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Payment Information & Credits for Out of Stock Items

Payments for orders are automatically taken from your selected payment method. You will receive an email notification on a Saturday for the payment which is deducted on the following Monday. Payments for set price boxes are taken in advance, whilst payments for Create Your Own Box or Extra items are taken in arrears. If an item is out of stock or unavailable for your delivery, this will be credited to your account by the Monday following delivery. The credit will show on the My Account tab of your dashboard. Any credit on your account will go toward your next delivery.

Placing Orders via the Dashboard

Once you have created an account and received your first order from The Paddock, you can log in and manage any subsequent orders via your dashboard.

To place an order via your dashboard - head to the My Dashboard Link in the main menu at the top of the page. From there you can edit your box and add and manage any extras on your order.

You must click Save to make any changes to your order.

Once Saved, there is no checkout button. Anything saved to your basket on a Friday at 6pm will automatically checkout when we close the orders for the week - so make sure you only save items you wish to order. The reason for this is because we run a weekly subscription service, so you can log in and make as many changes as you wish to your order between a Saturday morning and 6pm the following Friday.

The Paddock Drop Sites

The Paddock works with four drop off points across the region. Order your box, selecting your drop off point during checkout & collect at your nominated point on a specific day.

Collection available weekly from the following drop off points:

The Weigh to Shop, Durham - Order online via our website. Collection from 4.30-6pm on a Tuesday.

Zilch Weigh House, South Shields - Order online via our website. Collection between 2-5pm on a Wednesday. Available on fruit, veg, meat & eggs only - not available on pantry, dairy, refrigerated items or baked goods.

Buy the Kilo, Tynemouth - Order online via our website. Collection from 1.30-6pm on a Thursday.

Something Good, Jesmond - Order online via our website. Collection on a Thursday between 2-5pm. Meat products are not available for order to Something Good.

109 General Store, Heaton - Order online via our website. Collection on a Thursday between 3-5.30pm.

Opening hours can be confirmed with the drop off points directly, by checking their website or social media.

Payment is taken automatically upon placing your order (usually deducted from your account Monday/Tuesday before delivery).

Please note: we cannot offer delivery of refrigerated items such as dairy or meat to our collection points due to a lack of refrigeration at these points. Collection from our drop off points is available on fruit, veg, eggs, honey and other non refrigerated items only.
