Ingredient List per Loaf: 100g Sourdough Starter, 220g Water (Brita Filtered), 400g Organic White Flour, 9g Salt
Top Tip: Both the Sourdoughs stay fresh for up to 7 days, and benefit from 10mins in the oven (at its highest temperature) with a tray of water on the bottom of it, just for steam, which makes it taste like it has just come freshly out of my oven.
