As a twist on our traditional recipe, we’ve blended Organic Chamomile Tea Kombucha with Rhubarb and Lovage. It’s a classic English flavour with refreshing warm notes that stands out from the crowd. Equinox Kombucha is a natural, fermented drink that’s best kept refrigerated - please refer to our storage instructions below.
There are four flavours to try in our River Cottage range, all inspired by the ingredients grown at River Cottage. Just like the rest of the Equinox Kombucha range, they’re all made using the finest sustainable ingredients.
Garden is brewed from a perfect blend of Chamomile Tea, Pure Spring Water, Raw Cane Sugar, and Kombucha Cultures. Our drinks are ethically sourced and fizzing with vitamins, naturally occurring acids and energising enzymes.
We are always authentic.
At Equinox we make our kombucha the traditional way with a sprinkle of Equinox alchemy. It’s important to us that we brew and ferment a pure, live kombucha drink, with no hidden nasties.
If you find a few floaty bits in our drinks… that’s ok, these are just the Kombucha Cultures that give you vitality, only found in live, authentic, traditional kombucha. We take the best ingredients to craft brew our delicious drinks: we start with Chun-Mee Green Tea or Chamomile Tea, add Raw Cane Sugar and Pure Spring Water before fermenting with our special Kombucha Culture. We leave it to do it’s magic until we are totally happy with the alchemy before we infuse our award winning flavours.
Our kombucha is 100% Organic, Raw, Vegan and Gluten Free, and it’s best kept refrigerated for freshness and quality.
Available in 275ml glass bottles in fully recyclable packaging. Bottle contains a minimum 35% recycled glass.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Our Kombucha is fresh so please store it in the fridge to prevent the fermentation process from continuing in the bottle. Do not store your Kombucha in warm temperatures especially for long periods of time as this will cause further fermentation, spoilage of flavour and potentially cause pressure to build in the bottle. It’s perfectly safe for your Kombucha to be out of the fridge for a few days during transit so don’t worry about good bacteria being harmed.
