If you don't want the full veg bag, you can order just our salad bags, or salad and herbs, and then choose to add on other produce that we have available as extras from week to week. Please do notify us as soon as you have ordered if you have any allergies to mustards or celery.
These are our main veg bags that are available through the year. We offer different sizes and you can always add on extras from the products to suit your needs. From around May to November the veg bags are all made up from produce from Trill Farm Garden. From late autumn to Spring we work with other growers locally to make sure the veg bags have a good selection of seasonal veg in them. They will always have a bag of our salad leaves whatever time of year it is. Please do notify us as soon as you have ordered if you have any allergies to mustards or celery.
This is for those of you who prefer not to have roots, and is ideal if you would like to just have salad and a couple of greens - which will vary through the year from chard, perpetual spinach, kale, cabbage, kalettes, purple sprouting broccoli in the autumn and winter to aztec broccoli, agretti, summer cabbage, stirfry greens and the like in the summer. This is perfectly suited to those of you who would like to be a bit more selective with what you have - you will always get a bag of salad and a couple of green vegetables, then you can add on extras to your order every week from the products page, making it a bit more bespoke for your requirements. This veg bag scheme is one of the few good new things to have happened this year. It has been wonderful to have such a wide variety of delicious veg, always fresh and bursting with flavour.
